Studio Dashboard
Studio Overview
The command center for managing your AI chatbot.
The Studio is where you configure, customize, and monitor your AI assistant. After your website is crawled, you'll spend most of your time here fine-tuning the experience for your users.
Accessing the Studio
- 1Log in to your account at hej.chat/login
- 2Select the site you want to manage from your dashboard
- 3You'll land on the Studio overview for that site
Studio Sections
Overview
Your main dashboard showing site status, quick stats, and recent activity.
Plan & Billing
Manage your subscription, view usage, and update payment methods.
Knowledge Base
Edit your system prompt and manage the AI's knowledge and behavior.
Widget
Customize colors, text, positioning, and get your embed code.
Tools
Add custom tools and integrations for enhanced functionality.
Logs
View conversation history, analyze user queries, and track sentiment.
Permissions
Control user access and manage team permissions (Admin only).
Navigation
The Studio uses a horizontal navigation bar for easy access to all sections. The navigation adapts based on your permissions and role.

If you're an admin, you'll see a toggle in the header to switch between views:
Demo Page
Test Your Chatbot
Each site has a public demo page where you can test the chat experience without adding the widget to your site. Find the "Demo Page" link in the navigation bar.
